Sven, can you send me the link to the excel sheet please? I know you said it was wrong, but it would help.

The one on the FB group - ver2 (or 14.7) - is that the new one or the bugged one?

[Edit] Used it anyway (headache...) and a 5-man band comes in at 462, which hopefully gives me the flex if it's added up wrong!

That's the one that I have

Are we ditching the no pre measuring rule?

It seems unneeded, pre-measurement for shooting is pretty pointless, measurement for movement just seems mean, "oh you can't measure around corners with your mind? No ambush for you as you ended 1.5 inches away from cover" would mean that you have to declare exactly where you want to finish your move and what route you want to take before doing it, which is ruining the immersion a bit for me.

Charge distance is the main one. And in the scenario I played with Simon where maximum range was limited to a random distance each turn.

But even then I say pre-measure away. Guessing ranges is not a compelling game mechanic in the slightest.

For me, no pre-measuring is fine, as it's a mechanic used in most of the games I played (even if I'm not any good at it).
But will go with the majority.

I know we've improved our rules knowledge since mine and Sven's game but I'll point this out anyway in case.

Melee damage = weapon damage + CON. This makes Melee very powerful I'd imagine.

It does help, but melee attacks are always against multiple dice plus full CBT so you don't get tend to get such big damage bonuses for the attack roll difference.

Maths question.
Is it CBT / 2 + D10 then add aim and paragon (think it's paragon trait)

Or

CBT + aim and paragon then divide by 2 +D10

if CBT 5 you get D10 + 8 or D10 + 5

Paragon CBT +3 add after you see the dice result. Aim you add +3 to CBT.
