Suggested tweaks after one play: Move the objective from the defender's quadrant to the centre of the board? Certainly needs to lose the defender starting with a free VP.

I'm happy with the 2'x2'. It'll go up to 3'x3' as soon as we go over 500 points.

We probably should also add that no objective can be placed within 3" of the defenders deployment, otherwise on larger tables where the 12" bubble in the middle and the 6" buffer round the edge of the table no longer meet, the objectives in adjacent quarters can be placed where they will be scored turn 1.

It definitely needs some tweaks (maybe the core book missions can be ported over) but overall I enjoyed it.

The amount of times I fell for the “duck behind cover and out of line of sight of shooting” reaction was a bit embarrassing though.
