Tom (or Dave if you don't play Simon) would you like a beginner game of Malifaux?
I have put together the core box and after speaking to Simon 2 I can get to 30 stones. I won't have completely finished painting them due to the heat but nearly there now.
To make it fair feel free to bring a list from a core box too.

Sure! I don't actually have the full Lucius core box as it changed between editions, but swapping two lawyers for two false witnesses seems close enough. So I'll have Lucius, Scribe, Agent 46, 1 Lawyer and 2 False Witnesses.

Do you have the app? If not I strongly recommend as it is free and has all the character cards, upgrades and strats/schemes.

Do you want to do a full strat and 5 (pick 2) schemes game? Or maybe cut down on the things to try and keep in mind for your first game by not doing schemes, or less of them or something?

I do have the app, seems like a good one. I think giving the full scheme thing a go should be manageable, especially as the intro one I did with Dave was very combat oriented and my gang definitely isn't.
