There's something up with the lock. It works fine from the inside if you want to lock yourself in the cupboard... but from the outside it just refuses to turn 9 times out of 10. It's been getting steadily worse for a while but we almost had to give up and leave it unlocked on Tuesday. Lock issue rather than key we think as I believe we'd tried Mike's key previously with the same result when it was playing up.
