Well the outpost website collapsed, and everyone else sold out in around 2 minutes, so I guess it's looking considerably less likely I will be able to get this.

Managed to get my order in from outpost when they got the website back online. At this rate they are going to be sold out any second though, so I guess if anyone else is interested they are going to have to pick things up separately.

GW appear to have rereleased the GM edition but it seems it’s only available direct(?). I want to pick it up but before I do has anyone seen it available at an online discounter? I’ve tried my usuals but no luck.

I think it was available at outpost as a preorder but I don't think they are getting any additional stock. Probably the same elsewhere.

Goblin games have loads so got it from them. Have you bought anything else other than the boxed game? I’m looking to the battlegroup as my next purchase but then I’ll have 3 warlords..... are 3 used in any of the maniples?

I’ll bring that fiver tomorrow for your spare set of Necromunds cards please.

I've got quite a bit now. I bought all the new stuff as it was released.

The maniples in the base book are:
2-3 Warlords, 1-2 Reavers
1 Warlord, 1-2 Reavers, 1-2 Warhounds
1 Reaver, 2-4 Warhounds

You can always include extra titans outside this but they won't benefit from the maniple rules, as well as any number of knights.

Not got round to picking up the extra book yet, but I believe there are additional maniple options in there as well.

I wanted to get it on release as I really enjoyed our game but the GM edition sold out so quickly I missed the boat.

Bank holiday weekend is coming so I’ll aim to get some stuff built with a view to get a game in the next few weeks.

I am a bit confused about the warlord weapon upgrade sprues, one has volcano cannons and apocalypse launchers but isn’t that what the model comes with anyway? Am I missing something? I did order the plasma one though.

There are two warlord kits available, volcano/missiles, and plamsa/lasers. Each kit only comes with it's own weapon sprue. The upgrade sprue are just the weapon sprue available separately so you can buy either warlord kit and pick up the weapon sprue from the other one.
