Finally got my hands on this. It contains what amounts to basically a full re-write of the campaign rules. Including the redone scenarios from the Gang Leader's Pack there's not much of Gang War 1 that hasn't been superseded now.
Patches some holes, introduces some new ones naturally, but looks like a fun campaign system. Much less cash floating around as income now entirely from scenarios and territories rather than champion actions.
Looking forward to giving it a whirl.
