And received. Working tonight so won't be going through it all, but a brief look seems to show it's all there.

Looking through the new league rules, they are very forgiving. You can never lose players, if one dies or retires (which costs a small fee) they get automatically replaced with a rookie. I'm quietly stunned at how simple and effective this will be at entirely removing the risk of death spirals.
