He works for community games at GW. He's one of the game devs for ongoing stuff, wrote GW3, heavily involved in the FAQs etc.

And yeah, the wounding thing is a change, not a clarification.

He's a fantastic painter but is a bit of a knob (he's been in the BB community for ages).

To be honest, if it's not yet in the FAQ then take what he says with a pinch of salt. It's probably going to happen but...

Sven, the Heavy Flamer isn't unwieldly in Gang War II. I reckon that's a typo in White Dwarf.

Oh good, that makes them actually useable!

Glad to see that their proof reading hasn’t got any better

Andy Hoare confirms on FB that Toxin attacks still allow armour saves.

And now I'm blocked on Facebook by Jonathon Taylor-Yorke.

He'd made another post saying that nobody could put weapons back in the stash so I'd linked a screenshot of his previous statement about Leaders/Champs/Juves being able to put weapons in the stash and asked which it was. He decided the best way to clear it up was to delete his comments and block me.

It's a free country but it was just an innocent and earnest question!

Sounds about right.

He blocked me on FB in the past because I said, as a tournament organiser, if his opponent asked, I'd have to insist on base rings (or similar) for his (fantastic) dwarf team, as he decided they were easy to tell apart when others disagreed.

Ha! I see your Facebook conversation is being quoted over on yaktribe, it seems you weren’t the only one to have been blocked!

Indeed. So possibly weapons are meant to be stuck on everyone forever and I cheated when I got my newly promoted Leader to drop his Krumper.

Hopefully you’ll forgive me and grant special dispensation under the tragic circumstances!

I’m having a real internal crisis here because I’m such a little rules follower.

Should I leave my Krumper stuck on my promoted leader like the rules say?
