I've been following your threads and noticed lots of links. Do you want to post any here so they are all in on place?

I have found the schemes and stones podcasts very good and they have started doing articles on building a decent crew or crews on a budget.

So that you don't accidentally buy two boxes which don't syngergise with each other etc.

These might be worth a listen to, either to figure out how to play your crew or figure out what your opponent may be doing. I've had them on in the background whilst painting.

https://anchor.fm/harlefaux

Bear in mind that they were recorded pre GG2 so clearly some of the abilities and stats may have changed since the annual nerfing, but that said, I've picked up a couple of interesting different views/observations that I may try out next time around.

Also worth noting that these guys generally only started playing at 3rd Ed and are not 'competitive competition' players, they tend to go for fluff over crazy OOK Min-Maxing, so you're unlikely to near much moaning about favourite characters being hit with a nerf bat as you do on the forums.
