Max Gangs size 8

Gang Compositon (to allow for a little creativity):
1 Leader
0-1 Heavy
0-3 Ganger
0-4 Juve

New Hires can only be Juves (for gangs without a Juve equivalent then this becomes whatever the cheapest member to recruit is).

Pinning - Leadership Test, no friend required to be able to test (although you can use the leader's leadership if within his 6"(?) influence bubble or a friend's leadership if within 2").

I am in.

Could we make a house rule change to the leader and heavy to make them 2 tiered. I.e. Captain / Lieutenant and Heavy / Specialist. More choice on starting gang or even just for progression.
The specialist would have to get the specialist skill to become a Heavy, the leader could be leadership / impressive scars / specialist / fixer etc.
Decrease the cost and XP they start with.

Ok for the rest.

Mike, expecting specialist to come up is a big problem. Some gangs don't have basic access to it and 1 in 6 is still to high to depend on.

This could hit the variety in gangs.

If we are keen to change rule upon rule then I am up for that, we have disucssed that the game needs an overhaul.

Alternatively we try a different system (I have heard good things about This is Not a Test (TNT)) or we go the whole hog and play Ray's rules!

Whatever garners the most votes (now that we are back to being a democratic country ;) )

My rules need an awful lot of work right now. There is no skill system yet for a start, and it's never been played against another person. With the new deadzone rules being good, I am also less inclined to work on them. I'm hoping the campaign rules are an improvement as well.

I'm interested, though I'm thinking about doing one of the weirder gangs, does anyone have any scavvies, ratskins or preferably some spyrer I could borrow/buy?

Though I'm not sure if spyrer would be allowed?

Yeah all gang types allowed so play some Spyrers if you like. I'll have to double check the rules but I think Spyrers start with 1,000 creds and then you buy upgrades for them so should be a case of you doing the same only with 500 creds.

I just sold my Spyrers on eBay but do have Ratskins (although with only needing 2-3 models you could probably find some nice alternative Spyrers that won't break the bank).

I have some spyrers. Not sure which ones though. I'll fish them out and check some point soon.

Looked at the rules (from a magazine, not sure what rule book they might be in?) and was wondering g if we could increase to 550 creds, otherwise I can only have 2 models!
