This was the last set of Leadership Challenge rules that were on the GW Specialist Games website before they closed it.

I'm guessing these were would have been for the LRB, so I've no idea if they stayed the same for NCE (or NME [Necromunda Mike's Edition] ;) ).

Sustained fire and ammo rolls.

Everyone has been playing that you get your full complement of shots even if you fail an ammo roll part way through the burst.

The rule book says nothing in the matter.

The Yaktribe FAQ says stop as soon as you fail an ammo roll.

Wut do we do from now on?

The two sides are,
Stop when fail - roll sustain dice then roll first shot, ammo, explode, injure self then see if injured enemy
Stop after all shots - roll sustain dice then roll first shot etc and hopefully have max fail ammo resulting in multiple injuries against self and enemy.
Guess which I prefer for the campaign?

The fact that the exploding weapon still manages to fire a shot off always confused me. Just like BB intercepting before you throw it.

Not everyone Tom, when we played didn't multiple heavies run out after one shot. I've stayed true to that rule up to now.
