If everyone on the interested list turns up we will be overcrowded (37 in a room I cap at 26). If I can guarantee numbers in advance, with the venue, I should be able to secure a larger room, or a second room (next door to the first). To do that I need those on the interested list to confirm their interest by paying for a place.


If you are coming, but havent paid yet, or you have paid, but know someone you are travelling with hasnt paid yet.... Well, you know what to do

it has been found that two races can get 6 Stars.
Pact can have all 6 Star players plus 5 mauraders. You cant get any rerolls though.
Ogres can have 6 Star players by using Brick & Grotty and not taking Morg. You can either have 9 snots or 5 and a reroll. But why would you want a reroll?

For attention of everyone travelling to here.

There are now major roadworks on the A338, Spur Road, between Ringwood and Bournemouth. One lane closed in both directions for the next 9 months.

Whilst this wont directly affect those travelling to Ringwood, the knock on effect on traffic could extend outwards and cause delays for everyone.

Take this into account.

This is proving to be traffic carnage. I recommend you leave an extra hour for travelling to avoid disappointment and associated rage!!!! :pissed:
