Brad, these won’t mean much to you but here are the Henchman crews that I know I have. You can download the Malifaux crew builder app for free (https://www.wyrd-games.net/m3e-crew-builder-app), it gives you access to all the cards so you can maybe get a feel for what you might like to use (or at the very least which one you think looks the coolest).

The rulebook is available for free too (https://www.wyrd-games.net/m3e-languages) but don’t worry about that too much for now, we can go through most of it as we play.

I have a spare fate deck so all you’ll need is a tape measure.

it’s a slippery slope, think I had about 20 masters at one point!!!

Parker is cool, he could be used for Dracula’s America too, maybe?

what exactly do i do with the QR code? do i save it as is?

If you go into the app, under the “games” section, in the top right there should be a QR code symbol, this brings up the camera to scan the code. That should upload the mission objectives. You will need two devices though.......

Not to worry if it doesn’t work, as this is a smaller game we both use the same objectives and we can run through them tonight.
