I was briefly back at the top after beating Gary, but then handed all my gained points to Simon and slipped down to third.

First game possibly swung on Thrundrik getting two Crit defense, meaning he didn't die - not sure it would have completely swung the game, but would have made it a lot tighter, if not a draw (or narrow win for me).
Second game was nearly over given my initial objectives and mulligan objectives, and was definitely over after my first 3 activations. I told Gary halfway through that if I just passed my last 6 go's it would make no difference to the score - I was nearly right, I scored a extra Glory in the last scoring phase (so got 3 instead of 2)! Just one of those games were neither the cards nor the dice play on your side.
