I'm guessing it's catch up on the comp for others as I've played everyone once.

Is anyone planning another tournament game before the end of the month or are we leaving it as is? Obviously I have a bias for calling an end as I’m top of the table! But if more are to be played I’d like to have played at least the same number of games as the leader if possible.

As players have not played each other it can't be called. How can you work out who has won, take the best of 5,4 or 3. If we can't play the same number of games then the winner is score divided by games with tie difference divided by games.

Nothing to gain, everything to lose? Sure I'll go for that unless someone further down the table wants to challenge either/both of us. I'm probably going to dig into the Nightvault universal cards for this last hoorah.

I'm going to quietly ignore Mike's suggestion of rewriting the rules at the last minute in a way that just happens to put him in the lead.

Well, it was pretty much always up to 12 games and best 6 results, from the second day (in the store), so while it's unfortunate that not everyone got as many games, or even at least 6, it was up front.

Of course, seeing as neither Gary or I need to leave on Tuesday, we could all get 2 or even 3 games in against each other, if they want.

If we wanted to finish out a round then we are three games short and one over.
If Mike could play Simon and Paul as well as Paul plays Stefano in the next few days we could go from there. In theory Simon has played one opponent twice (Stefano) so i think we should take their first game.

Or we can just go as stated and count from end of month. This would be a tie breaker of glory if we were going by start of tournament stuff. If we do take Tuesday as a part then we should really open to our two other entries.

Anyway, these are my thoughts as I'm impartial now, and I hope they are fair.

If you can tie down Paul and Stefano to play out their remaining games that would certainly be the be cleanest, but that's a big if.

I will say if we're calling it at 5 games then I think we should let both Simon and Stefano count their win and ignore their loss. They were playing to the system as it was stated at the start and shouldn't be punished for it by either removing Stefano's win or turning Simon's win into a draw.
