How flexible are the weapon choices on marines in Killteam?

Having my usual silly ideas and wondering if some of these guys could pull double shift as a counts as marines Killteam and a venator gang in Necromunda.

One Tac Gunner can have flamer, plasma, melts or grav; one can have missle launcher or heavy bolter.
Rest all have boltguns.

Intercessors all have bolt rifles (one of 3 types), one can add an aux grenade launcher.
