Age of Sigmar Warcry

Age of Sigmar Warcry

Postby Brad85 » Sat Feb 09, 2019 3:43 pm

Something new from the teams behind Shade-Vault and Kill Team. Literally only a teaser trailer at the moment. Link

Finding myself drawn more towards AOS content over 40K at the moment. Maybe because Underworlds is staying kind of consistent and Kill Team is crashing from pillar-to-post without any obvious direction. Going to keep an eye on this.

Also enjoyed this insta reaction

Semi related. Some golden reactions to the new Abaddon model.

I'm still sighing at the Blood Bowl comment - anyone worth their salt knows that the BB world wasn't the same as the Warhammer world, it was a parallel one.

And in all seriousness, I'll keep my eyes open, but I'm not convinced with AoS anyway, would much prefer a proper Mordheim re-release (yes, I know all the arguments why they won't), and was confused by the 'best bits of Underworlds and Kill Team' line, as they seem to be two incompatible type of games.

They do keep releasing pictures of awfully tempting looking minis. Bird people for the latest ones.

This looks to be getting better and better with each new update. If itā€™s fantasy Necromunda then Iā€™m going to be balls deep in this!

If this ends up being Necromunda like then I'll pick it up and join in if we get a campaign going. If the releases are more like kill team though where you end up having to buy unit boxes from the regular range to get the one model you need for your warband, then probably not.

We should start getting some proper details soonish as it's meant to be playable at an open day on the 20th Jul.
