Thoughts? Good idea? Unnecessary expansion?
If some of these guys can equal a team on their own, doesn't that defeat the object of the game?

I believe they raise the suggested points limit for a matched play game to compensate.

Sensibly a completely optional expansion, that you can only use with your opponent's permission.

Though does feed into the assassination idea of KT, so I can see the reasoning (usual ' feeder into 40k' reason as well or course).

I'd be interested in getting the expansion to build my own commanders at the most. But the actual model sets would be pushing it for me.

I just feel if they're going introduce new character rules, why not bring in more factions instead or as well?

I believe (and I may of misunderstood) that more factions are planned (specific SM chapters for example) but they were/are waiting to see how the game goes. No point in investing man-hours in the game (not to mention material resources) if the game flopped (which it obviously hasn't).

I'd like to see the Ordo Hereticus get a list too. They've put Malleus and Xenos in there.
Though that will probably come with the new plastic SoB minis.

Not going for the commanders. Rogue Trader is enough for me.

This is probably a dumb question, but can the RT guys be used against a KT list? And are they preset - like Shadespire - or can you build your own team?
