Though now I've read them they don't appear to be that powerful. I guess all of the hot sauce went into Mollog's replacement.
I see these being liked for flavour but passed over by the need to win players. Which I think is a good place to be.

The amusing thing with the Ogre is his faction cards apparently don't make a legal deck due to his 8 (!) surge objectives.

Oh cool, I won’t feel too bad if I decide to pick them up then!

I don’t know enough about the game, it’s the cycle cards that seem a bit good to me.

I like that they've put in a faction specific mechanic. More of the warbands should have that, makes it more interesting instead of tweak to an existing action or using a reaction.

That and the fun names! Also the 3 smash attack and the ability to reduce damage received.

Totally agree, they tried with the Beastmen and a little with the hunt but both were very half hearted.

The danger of designing all the cards in advance, and not getting it play-tested enough by 'real' players.
