Anyone been tempted by this?

Looks to be an interesting mixture of minis, board and cards, with some customisation in your card deck.

Apparently games are only three turns, and designed to be over in 20 mins and played best of three. Very objective based. I'm quite intrigued.

It looks cool, would be happy to play it but am currently undertaking a rationalisation of miniature collections programme at the moment. With Fallout being ridiculously expensive I think my next purchase will be Necromunda.

With that said if you are looking to expand beyind Lucius let me know what masters you are considering as I might have them tucked away somewhere!

Given that Gorechosen keeps coming out I reckon I'm going to get it. Seems a similar style of thing but a bit more serious competitive rather than free for all chaos.

Just seen unboxing of the orks on beastofwar. Unsure still.

Well, if I'm taking the plunge you can happily wait and see! All the latest GW box games seem to have no stock issues so it's not like there's a big pressure to pre-order.

I'm just wondering how "light" the game is if it only takes 20mins. Gorechosen takes longer than that and that's hardly rules heavy, and it's only one model per player.

Happy to give it a go though.

Gorechosen is a case of keep swinging until one man is left standing. Shadespire is three turns to get as many vps as possible.

Just watched a how to play video on this and I'm actually really interested now. Well defined positioning and line of sight, alternate activations, objective based gameplay, designed with competitive play in mind. Sounds good to me.
