Rules Q: Smothering Flame

Sonnia Criid has a passive ability called smothering flame that reads:

“Enemy models within LoS reduce the range of their non melee actions by an amount equal to their flaming condition”

Q: Is movement affected?

I’ve googled, people think that movement doesn’t have a range but rather a “distance” and so not effected.

I don't think it would affect movement for the reasons you said. Probably only affects actions printed on the card.

It does seem a bit good if it works on movement. It’s not clear though and it's not in the FAQ.

I’ll play it as not affecting movement for tonight.

I'd very much read as only affecting the 'RG' stat of printed actions. Not anything else involving more general concepts of range.
