The only thing that leaps out at to me to want to house rule is that Forgeborn get access to all combat weapons in the trading post, but not Spud Jackers and Brute Cleavers.

Go for it, I think they’re pretty average at best as written anyway.

I'm perpetually tweaking my 1000 cred starting list when my mind is in a Necro mood. Latest change is dropping a bunch of stuff including the Forge-Born with the crazy gun to be able to get the Croc in the starting line up. It's an objectively terrible investment but I'm determined to actually use the thing on the table! I think it has only seen play once and got promptly flamered.

I managed to squeeze 8 guys in the list I made for the intro game with Mike, but had no genesmithing....
