Minor change not in any FAQ is that in 2e you can no longer move through friendly models, unlike 1e. But the author said its not a biggie if people continue to play that way.

Invisibility: weird result it you cast Invisibility on a model already engaged in combat, means models are stuck unless the Invisibility spell is cancelled or dispelled, or until the non-invisible model is killed/pushed out of combat by someone else.
Joe is looking at it again, but suggests that(for now) If cast into combat the models are moved apart a little.

Not sure if anyone (apart from me) got the Spellcaster magazines:
Joseph wrote:Spellcaster: Second Edition Review
I recently read through all the previous issues of Spellcaster magazine to see what changes might be necessary in light of the Second Edition rules changes. As it turned out, I was surprised how little effect the new edition had on these rules. The only article that needs significant updating is the Casting Roll Criticals because some of the spells have changed. I am planning on presenting a completely updated list later in the next issue. Otherwise, I found only three instances where articles need updating.
Black Powder Firearms (Issue 1, p.4)
The three soldiers presented in this article: Musketeer, Coachman, and Duellist are all specialist Soldiers.
Legendary Soldiers (Issue 4, p.4)
A warband that contains Legendary Soldiers can have a maximum of 3 specialist soldiers. So, a starting warband may contain either 4 specialist soldiers or 1 legendary soldier and 3 specialists. This maximum of 3 specialists does not change, even as the number of legendary soldiers increases. So, a level 30 wizard, entitled to 4 legendary soldiers, could have a warband consisting of 4 legendary, 3 specialist, and 1 standard soldier. A level 60 wizard could have 7 legendary and 1 specialist.
Monster Hunting (Issue 5, p.14)
Previously the Chilopendra Horn grants +1 to Monstrous Form. As this spell no longer exists, change it to +10gc

Excel warband roster:
If you use this sheet, 1) remember it's 400gps total now (Apprentice is 100gp in 2e, not 200gp), 2) ignore the 'Knights of' and 'Templar of' (nos. 27-49) as they're from Spellcaster magazine.

Not sure if anyone is taking Dispel and/or Spelleater, but there was some confusion over their use on Facebook, so thought I'd post it here just in case.
Dispel and Spelleater have no affect on Animal Companion, Animate Construct or Raise Zombie, as these spells have no 'Control' aspect, and the things they add are part of the warband.
They DO work against Summon Demon, as Summon also includes Control.
They also work against the Control spells (so would work against Control Animal for example).

And as it came up as a hypothetical in my last game, no you cannot dispel invisibility due to the lack of ability to target the invisible figure.

Unless True Sight has also been cast.

Joseph has clarified on Facebook (after Dave made me question myself!).
And attack spell that has an area effect (Grenade, Explosive Rune etc), you roll a separate attack dice for each model hit (so yes, you can roll a 1 for one and a 20 for another!).
Not sure why it didn't make the spell wording, or a note pre-spells, as it was in the 1e FAQ for Grenade, and Elemental Ball does have it in the spell wording.
