Hopefully run better than their last one (though Gary won't be complaining ;) ).

He will as he cannot make it due to the wedding.

Bring the kids - based on what Gary said they'd all place. ;)

So after some permissions given, and soul-searching about whether work is important (nah!) it's Gary, Mike, Brad and myself off on a magical mystery tour around the Southampton diversions.

Advertised as 12-3 - finished at 7pm!

Final scores to come, but it was run really weirdly - it was 'best of 3' matches and 3 games, but rather than points for winning/losing they placed on Glory, and (it seems) best 2 of the 3 games we played, which they didn't make clear.
They also had a semi-final and then a final (again, not mentioned until most of us had packed up after round 3!).

Lead to the stupid situation where I lost 2 of the 3 games I played but got into the semi while Gary won 2 of the 3 but didn't.

Typically, I lost. mike won his semi with the last activation, but then lost the final by not surviving what was probably the last attack against him.

Enjoyed my games, even if all 7 matches I played (3 x best of 3 [2-0, 0-2, 0-2] and a 1-match semi) were all against Skaven, but I hope they'll listen to some feedback on how to run the next one.
