Ah, just read the "Quit" update - looks like they had a larger goal in mind but went for a smaller one to make the campaign look better then dropped it when it didn't look to be going the way they want. Drops after 7 days or so are a normal thing in smaller Kickstarters - even larger ones like Mantic have drops and/or stalls (the "525" in my sig for example). Really looks like they didn't do their KS homework.

I wasn't going to back the KS anyway, but will keep an eye on it, hopefully see them in a store in the future.
