Chibi Dungeon Monster 2 Miniatures

More Chibi monsters.
Mostly monsters, but looking at them, especially the swarm figures I noticed you could "almost" play WHQ with Chibi, so I mentioned this to Tom @Impact, saying it was missing Skaven and Snotlings (or Ratmen and Pygmy Goblins). He said a wererat was in the plans and bumped it up the Stretch goal list and they'd look as doing Snotlings.
