Based on a 7 player, 81 tile map I think we need the following:

7x Fort 2 (for capital city)
14x Village 1
14x village 2
14x Fort 1 (2 already printed and painted)
7x Town 1
7x Town 2
18x Hills (mix of AH1 to AH6)

Listed like this it looks a scary amount!

And I expect to see them all painted to the pictured standard!
