Have stumbled upon this and it affects how we are playing.

Eldar jet bikes cannot run so don't benefit from the battle focus rule! Just the 2D6 roll in the assault phase. Or turbo boost.

I can't put my hands on my Eldar codex at the moment but I think it specifically states "Battle Focus" in their codex entry.

However units which can't run are specifically excluded from using battle focus in the description for said rule.

One therefore can only assume that the battle focus rule is included purely for the sake of completion and jetbikes can't actually use it.

Agree. Rule book states "Jetbikes cannot Run, but instead Turboboost..." And codex states in full description of Battle Focus "a unit which cannot Run does not gain any benefit from this rule"

Daft to give them battle focus but hey ho.

Just because this piqued my interest I googled "can eldar jetbikes use Battle Focus" - they can't, but it seems like it's a stupid GW thing, and leads to some nice discussions.
