Apologies to all ARBBLers

For those of you unfortunate to have had to play me so far this year/those to play me in the near future:

Not sure why, but my head's not really been into the whole gaming vibe so far this year. Got a couple of rulebooks that need reading (not big ones either) but haven't bothered, haven't even punched out the DZ tokens I need, and have felt a bit "meh" towards rolling dice (not helped by the game last night admittedly).

I hope this isn't a sign of "growing up"! :o

Is there anything you are keen to be kicking off if DZ isn't floating your boat? I'm looking forward to Brimstone hitting the table for example.

Also I had a quick check online re: that DZ Domination mission. The only refences to it I could find were people saying it pretty much sucks. I wouldn't be at all adverse to houseruling it into non-existance.

Gaming in general atm, not so much DZ, though I do need to learn how to play the game. If it hadn't been a campaign game I'd have played on (probably would have ignored the mission from the get go to), but as a campaign game it just seemed stupid to carry on (though as I said elsewhere, a game where the campaign rules make it advisable to quit the game before it starts seems like it needs some tweaking!).

Brimstone has to wait till my next free round of Tuesdays off, which I think is late April! That's assuming I've got round to actually putting some figures together...

40k mate, you know it makes sense! ;)

In all seriousness it happens to everyone, best bet is to take a month off, read some sci/fantasy novels and see if anything sparks an interest. With the amount of kickstarters you've bought you might just be feeling over saturated with gaming stuff.

Failing that a Quest or two should get you back into the swing of things!

I already feel bad for being a downer on gaming nights, I wouldn't want to subject you to me in a toga! :o

Up Pompey?

Have managed to sort out the DZ tokens though, AND actually found a sensible storage solution for them. Now just for the models and terrain...
