Simon: Probably Skaven or Godsworn, but happy to change if someone else wants them (definitely not Steelhearts, Axes, Magore, Farstriders or Profiteers, as I've taken them)

Banned no longer exist, it's all about 'Forsaken' now (or in other words, same effect different wording!)

I would say all FAR lists are ignored as we are setting such a tight restriction. So what if you get Ready for Action, you'll be cursing choosing the dwarfs and you won't get any other good cards.

Having looked at the FAR last for Relics (or F list as it turns out) I've come to agree with Gary - there's only 9 Forsaken cards, and at most a warband can have 3 (goblins). If I went Skaven I'm not sure I'd use the one I can take anyway.

I'd say that Upper Hand is fine, but make it so you have to have rolled at least one success on your attack roll to use it (which GW should have done).

The only really contentious one seems to be Time Trap, mainly because GW never really made it clear 'how' they wanted it to work, and gave up! So we could just say no to that one.

As i have been out of the game and restrictions etc please can you make a simple chart of faction and allowed cards or a guide for the deck builder ap.
And no abbreviations.

Have all of 1st, 2nd and 3rd box set.
Someone pick me one and i will go with it.

I'll look at copying the Forsaken (Banned) list here. I'm not sure if/how the GW deck builder works, so I'll have a look at that tomorrow, might need to direct you to one of the 3rd party ones.

Underworlds DB has filters for the different game types and highlights Forsaken cards.

Mike - here's how to use it

Select Filter and scroll down to Factions selection. Select Universal and the Faction you want (for example Eyes).
Scroll down a bit further and select Relic game format, you can also filter card type here if you wanted.
Scroll a bit more and select the main box game, faction box set and the additional card set for the relevant season and faction.

Cheers Brad, that was the one I was going to suggest.

You may need to let Underwords DB load for a bit first - it can take a few minutes to load all the database (also doesn't seem to like old versions of IE, as I can't use it at work).

Mike, rolled a D16 (so all Shadespire and Nightvault warbands) and got 11, so you get Zarbag's Gitz.
You can select you cards from:

Any faction-specific card
NIghtvault Starterbox Universals
Any universal that came in the Gitz box
Power Unbound (Faction and Universal)

There are no Restricted cards in Relics format.
The only Forsaken (Banned) card is Time Trap (ignore the list on the Relics pdf).
Upper Hand can be taken, but only works if you got one or more success on your attack (which the opponent matched [which is how GW should have erratta'd it, rather than ban]).
