It could be run as a two table campaign swapping between tables.

WHQ two parties venture forth and meet up at a pub afterwards where they swap compatriots for the next quest.
Only 1 copy?
Silver tower same as above.

Multiple Shadespire - equal good vs evil. Must have 3rd of each card type specific to faction. Swap opponents and see which wins.

Mordheim good vs evil on multiple tables and see which has greatest rating at end.

Multiple Spartacus games where you reset your influence to zero for each game. But keep your slaves, gladiators, guards and gold from the end over to the next game. Makes you think about burning your resources to win! Max 6 players though

Necromunda, normal gangs versus cultists (of either variety). Gangers trying to stop the spread of a cult uprising acompanied or led by a bounty hunter?
Wolves, what wolves...

Other suggestions:

Frostgrave - could do the Liche Lord campaign (downside 4-6 people only, would probably need more terrain)
Dungeon Saga (downside 4-5 players again)
