It took us around 3 hours for the first run through, although now we've got a better idea of what we're doing it should be a bit quicker. That said, there's no harm in playing and then dropping out when you need to head off - as each character is heading towards a similar goal individually, I don't think it would effect the remaining play. Although your chances of winning will be severely limited! - We barely got enough influence to get to the win condition as it was.
If anyone else wants to play TWD, let me know and I'll bring in all the gear for you.
