If Tom does come we could re jigger and you could play 40k against Brad.

Sorry, I'm definitely out. Can't afford the late night in my energy schedule.

No worries, how long did B&B take? You could get an early night if you play first? ;)

EDIT: seen your latest post. No worries.

So we could do a 40k round robin instead?

I'm working up to around 5 mins with the mask, I have a bad habit of holding my breath!

Probably not worth the effort Gary as it looks like only 2 of us will be there (maybe 3 if Ray comes).

Cheers for the heads up, will pick a better one.

That was an interesting game. The new bladeguard units and judiciar apparently can mince a rhino and the squad inside without breaking a sweat  The intercessors (bolt rifle and assault) weren't as effective against another rhino but they got there - Dave's ignore AP and Feel No Pain rolls kept them at a bay for a bit. A shower of Storm Bolter all but put my Captain out of action too thanks to their ammo being blessed.

We just needed to keep on top of what abilities etc... are available as there's a lot of ifs & buts

It was another good fun game, not sure Iā€™ll take 2 rhinos at 500 points again, too expensive and offer no killing output.

Also, I looked up some stuff and it seems you canā€™t use abilities whilst in a transport (so no generating miracle dice).

Weird.. apparently the radio in a rhino doesn't do a lot...
But at least you were segregating those dice.
